Merlot; alternatif & brit rock ağırlıklı repertuara sahip beste odaklı bir Istanbul grubudur. Farklı projelerde ayrı ayrı ya da birlikte yer almış müzisyenlerin biraraya gelmesi sonucu son halini almış olan grup sürekli olarak bar programları, festivaller vb. sahnelerde canlı performanslar sergileyerek kendini göstermekte ve profesyonel olarak yoluna devam etmektedir.
