im not gonna lie to you: i love the darkness' bombastic Queen update without a hint of irony . But i also get most of my Cds and concert tickets free and i spend much of my workday on the phone with people who get paid to make bands like the darkness- essentially everything punk fought to destroy in more flamboyant attire with an irritatingly acute sense of self awareness famous. So even if these uppity British hairbags were the 21st century stadiums rock savors i wouldnt know im too corrupted.
