The striking Transparent Blue finish of the Ibanez RG3770FZ-TB highlights the wood grain. A flamed maple an maple top look the business. The maple has been combined with mahogany to create a very classic pairing of tone woods. The Super Wizard HP Maple and Walnut neck is a thing of great beauty. Topped with a rosewood fretboard it has been given a 430 mm radius. This is pretty flat making it great for low action. It has been strengthened using KTS Titanium rods. This allows Ibanez to get the neck super thin and keep it strong as well.

The bridge and neck positions have been occupied by a Tone Zone and Air Norton humbuckers. These excellent pickups give the Ibanez RG3770FZ-TB in Transparent Blue some serious oomph! These pickups just slice through the mix with plenty of cut yet still contain warmth. Just in can you thought this electric guitar was a one trick pony think again! The middle position includes a DiMarzio True Velvet single coil. It can combine with the other two pickups for some great in-between tones. It also works very well on its own for cleans and gain. Elsewhere the other hardware is of the highest order. An Edge Zero tremolo bridge has ZPS3 installed. A great double locking tremolo that can be set up different ways. The machine heads tune well and all hardware is finished in Cosmo Black.
